Having trouble accessing your new account? Here are the most common reasons and quick fixes.

1. Copy/Paste Errors

Digital products are case-sensitive. The most common error is accidentally copying an empty space before or after the password.

Solution:

  • Use the "Copy" button next to your credentials in your dashboard instead of manually highlighting text.

  • Ensure no trailing spaces are pasted into the login field.

2. Geo-Lock / VPN Requirements

Some services (like Hulu, HBO Max, or Disney+ US) are region-locked. If you are not in the supported country, the login might fail or look like an "Incorrect Password" error.

Solution:

  • Ensure you have a high-quality VPN turned on and connected to the correct region (usually USA) before logging in.

  • Try clearing your browser cache or using "Incognito Mode" to prevent location leakeage.

3. Incorrect Profile

For shared accounts, you must access the specific profile or sub-account mentioned in your order details.

Solution: Check your order notes. If it says "Use Profile: 'David'", do not try to click heavily secured or main profiles, as they might have a PIN code.
