You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We provide access to digital accounts and subscription services ("Products"). By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• License Only: You are purchasing a limited, non-transferable license to access a digital service for a specified duration. You do not own the account or the underlying service.
• Shared Accounts: If you purchase a Shared Account, you are strictly prohibited from changing the account credentials (email, password, settings). You are limited to one device/screen unless specified otherwise.
• Private Accounts: If you purchase a Private Account, you are granted exclusive access and may change the credentials, subject to the limitations of the original service provider.
• Resale Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access with third parties without our express written permission.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time.

Payments: We accept payments via Paystack (Mobile Money, Card) and other integrated providers. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Wallet System: Funds deposited into your Subset Digital wallet are non-refundable to your bank account except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Wallet balances can only be used to purchase Products on our platform.

We stand by the quality of our products. We offer a warranty period equivalent to the subscription duration of the product purchased (e.g., a 1-month plan has a 30-day warranty).

Warranty Coverage: We will replace any account that stops working during the warranty period due to technical issues or defects.

Warranty Void: The warranty is automatically voided if:

• You change the login details of a Shared Account.
• You share the account publicly or with others.
• You use the account for illegal activities or violate the service provider's Terms of Use.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, sales of digital goods are final once delivered. Refunds are only issued if we cannot provide a working replacement for a defective product within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 hours).

Subset Digital is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the streaming services, software companies, or platforms whose accounts we sell (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, etc.).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subset Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
