Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Our refund policy ensures that you get exactly what you paid for.
1. Policy Overview
At Subset Digital, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have a strict refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable once the credentials have been viewed or delivered to your email/dashboard. However, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- Defective Product: The account credentials provided are invalid at the time of purchase.
- Service Failure: The subscription stops working before the end of the purchased duration (Warranty Period) and we are unable to fix it.
- Out of Stock: You paid for an item that is out of stock, and we cannot fulfill the order within 24 hours.
- Incorrect Item: The product delivered differs materially from the product description (e.g., wrong region, wrong plan).
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We will NOT issue a refund in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: You decided you don't want the product anymore after purchasing.
- User Error: You violated the terms of use (e.g., changing the password on a Shared Account, sharing credentials with others).
- Platform Updates: A third-party service (e.g., Netflix) changes their policies or features in a way that affects the product, provided the account itself is still active.
- Unclaimed Products: You purchased a product but never logged in or used it (the warranty period still applies from the date of purchase).
4. Warranty Period
Every product comes with a warranty equal to its subscription duration. For example, a 3-Month Spotify Premium subscription has a 90-day warranty. If the account stops working on day 89, you are still covered. If it stops working on day 91, the warranty has expired.
5. How to Request a Refund/Replacement
- Report Issue: Navigate to your Orders Page, select the order, and click "Report Issue". Alternatively, contact Support.
- Verification: Our team will verify the defect. This may require you to provide screenshots or error codes.
- Replacement: We will first attempt to provide a working replacement account within 24 hours.
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
6. Refund Method & Timeline
Store Credit (Subset Coins): Refunds to your wallet are instant once approved. This is the fastest way to get your money back and buy a different product.
Original Payment Method: Refunds to Mobile Money or Bank Cards can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider and your bank. We initiate these refunds immediately upon approval, but the banking system takes time to clear funds.
