Delivery Information

Speed is our priority. Learn how our instant delivery system gets your products to you within seconds.

1. Automated Instant Delivery

Subset Digital uses an advanced automated delivery system. For 99% of our products, delivery is instant.

Once your payment is confirmed by our processor (Paystack), our system automatically retrieves the product credentials from our secure inventory and sends them to you immediately.

2. How to Access Your Product

You can access your purchased items in two ways:

  • Email: We send an order confirmation email containing your login details (Username, Password, Profiles, etc.) to your registered email address. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.
  • Dashboard: You can always view your purchase history and credentials by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders page. This is the most reliable way to access your products.

3. Manual Delivery Exceptions

Certain specialized products (e.g., custom upgrades to your own email, specialized software licenses) may require manual processing by our staff.

These items are clearly marked as "Manual Delivery" on the product page. Delivery time for these items is typically 15 minutes to 4 hours during our business hours (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM GMT). Orders placed outside business hours will be processed first thing in the morning.

4. Potential Delays

While rare, delays can occur due to:

  • Payment Processing: If your bank or mobile money provider delays the transaction confirmation, we cannot release the product until the funds are cleared.
  • Security Checks: Our fraud detection system may flag a transaction for manual review. This is for your protection. If this happens, we may contact you to verify your identity.
  • Stock Outages: In extremely rare cases, a product may go out of stock simultaneously with your purchase. In this event, we will notify you immediately and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Delivery Support

If you have not received your product within 10 minutes of a successful payment (and it is not a manual delivery item), please contact our Support Team immediately with your Order ID. We will resolve it right away.
