Exclusive Ownership: You are the sole owner of the account. No one else has access.
Full Control: You can change the email, password, and profiles.
Personalization: Create your own playlists, libraries, and settings without interference.
Privacy: Your viewing history and data are yours alone.
Private accounts are ideal for users who want a long-term, personal subscription and don't mind paying a standard market rate (though still often cheaper than direct retail).
Shared accounts are our most popular option for budget-conscious users. They offer premium access at a fraction of the cost.
In a shared model, one premium subscription is legally and officially obtained by Subset Digital, and access is distributed among a limited group of users (usually 4-5 per account).
Cost Effective: You pay significantly less (sometimes up to 80% off) because the cost is split.
Profile Based: You will be assigned a specific profile (e.g., Profile 3) to use. Stick to your profile to avoid conflicts.
Restricted Settings: You cannot change the email or password. Doing so will lock the account for everyone and void your warranty.
Do Not Change Credentials: Never attempt to change the email or password.
Use Only Your Profile: Using others' profiles causes "Screen Limit" errors.
One Device Policy: Log in on only one active device at a time to ensure fair access for all co-owners.
